A painting is not just a memory, but a memory enhanced and brought to life with colors, textures and feeling. Every commission is created with utmost care to your memories and loved ones. I create paintings based off of photographs. My paintings are not photographs themselves. Your one of a kind piece with have a painterly quality to it.

How long does the painting take to create?
The processing time depends on the amount of commissions I have booked. The typical processing time takes 3-4 months. For a faster processing time an additional fee may be applied to guarantee it's completion by an agreed upon date.
What is the best size for my painting?
I offer different sizes to best meet your financial needs. However, some pieces are better suited for a larger canvas and all portrait sizes are contingent on the photograph reference.

What is included?
Your painting will be created with oil paints. Oil paints provide rich colors and textures. Once the painting is completed I will email you with an image of the work to be approved. After the piece dries a UV protective varnish will be applied to seal and preserve the pigments. I will then attach hanging hardware to the back of your canvas so that it is immediately ready to hang in your house. The edges will be painted as well to give the piece a finish feel as it hangs in your home.

How will I receive my painting once it is completed?
1. I offer hand delivery if your place of residence is within 20 miles of my home.
2. If you live within 40 miles, I will offer to meet up with you at a half point.
3. If you live farther than 40 miles and meeting up is not an option, I will ship the painting to you. The client is responsible for shipping costs.

How much do you charge for commissions?
Depending on the size of the canvas my prices range from $150-$1000.

Give the gift of a commission to the happy couple. As the gift giver you will receive a voucher for a commissioned painting to give the couple. After the wedding, and once the happy couple receives their photos from the big day, they can email me their favorite photo to be painted.
